Working as Head & Associate Professor (Forensic Sciences) in Geeta University. Formerly, Assistant Deputy Controller of Examination for the school. Practicing the integrity and confidentiality for the examinations. Worked as Head of Department of Forensic Sciences in School of Bioengineering and Biosciences Lovely Professional University, Phagwara, Punjab. My experience in institution building, educational models for innovation, and capacity to leverage research as a tool for development in India have proven to be extremely successful during my tenure in LPU. For developing countries to be successful in a globalized world of science, technology, and innovation, I practice an aggressive model of institutional development which must include international collaboration, cultivation of advanced education for
innovation, and growth in translational research.
